1. Shipping Costs

We try to keep shipping as affordable as possible:

• Orders over $39.90 USD: FREE Shipping
• Orders under $39.90 USD: Flat rate of $2.99 USD

2. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please Note: Currently, we DO NOT ship to Canada, New Zealand, Japan, or other regions not listed above. We are working on expanding our logistics to these areas in the future.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.

4. Customs & Duties

Great news! We cover all customs duties and taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no hidden fees upon delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@mirumis.com. Since we offer a 1-year warranty and care about your experience, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
